It is good to see that nobody has selected gold on gold. The look is horrible. In that picture, there is three shades of gold, and I have never been a fan of the mono color look anyways. For the record I selected the blue and gold

I think the new green jerseys are sweet. Not really sure what you mean by gold on gold jerseys. As long as we never have names on the Jerseys ever again I think they are all pretty sweet. But the new green jerseys just pop.

green isn't a school color. i hate what chralie is doing by wearing them every year. the whole point to them was to create mystique, now that is gone. it's turning into another oregon with all the differnt combos. it makes me ill.

blue for home. white for away. keep it simple.

To be picky now, navy blue isn't ND's color scheme either. The true colors of ND are Madonna Blue and gold. Watch a game from the early 80's under Faust and you will see what the "true" blue should look like. Personnally I prefer the navy blue.

I'm with a few others here on board. We're definitely overdoing it with the green uni's. USC last year was a good choice by Weis to pull them out. Other than that I'd recommend hold them back to maybe once every 3 years or so and ONLY when we're an underdog at home.

I really liked the away version in the '92 Sugar Bowl though.

There would be plenty of people on II that would pick Gold on Gold. When some one put up a pic of Justin Tuck wearing one there was a lot of positive feed back. Then they even took it a step further and said they shoud not only wear gol on gold in actual games, but they should get navy pants and wear gold on navy, and navy on navy too. Personally I think that would just make ND look like another Pitt.

I didn't care for the Madonna Blue jerseys that they wore for a short time.

The old green jerseys under Ty, and Davie were Kelly green, in stead of the darker forest green that they are now. The numbers also used to be white with a gold outline, now they are gold with a white outline.

The gold jerseys have only been worn in the Blue/Gold game and they were gold, with blue numbers and writing, and the numbers had a white outline.

never liked Kelly Green myself... my high school supposedly using "Kelly Green" but it looks nothing like our puke green if you will...

problem with Kelly Green is if you order the color from four different companies, you'll get four completely different versions of light green...

I like the green, but since Blue and Gold are Our Lady's color, I think Notre Dame ought to stick with that for most games, and wear the green for big games to get the crowd really into it.
