Kind of crazy that the Republicans would be targeting women who changed their last names when they got married. I mean, that disproportionately effects Republican married women. This shall not stand!!!

Personally I don't think it's that bad. Many women maintain their last name in one way or another and there are marriage certificates that have their name, but this isn't a hard and fast law.

Supporters have countered that states will have the flexibility to figure out solutions for those affected.
