You dumb bastard, everyone knows you can't fire HIMARS without copious amounts of low levels of acetaminophen floating in grape flavored goo!
But I've been told corporate serfdom is good? Fighting for deregulation was never supposed to hurt me!

SOME people just can't see the bigger picture.

Step 1: Make babies hungrier because of temporary shortages of formula because hungry babies are WEAK
B: WEAK babies get sniffles, but now no sniffle juice, which of course leads to
III: PROFIT!!!!! or did I misspell POWER

You guys awake yet? Does Children's Tylenol come in red pill and blue pill flavors?!?!?!?!

Bearman2346 on substack told me that my local farm supply store offers the safe and effective treatments for children, cattle prods can get rid of headaches instantly.

Use logic and facts, why wouldn't they offer these treatments at every store if it wasn't for the globalists trying to pit us against each other. This runs deeper than you might think. #MANureIStheANSWER #QWasRight

Are you one of those people that they interview at Trump rallies? Please tell me you understand that a private company’s product shortage has nothing to do with the federal government.
Never been to a Trump rally, but the "America first" theme does ring true here. Do I think the feds are responsible for Tylenol? No.

Do I think the feds could provide some temporary assistance in the manufacturing/ distribution of a basic children's medication before sending billions overseas? Yes, and it isn't asking too much. Same goes for formula. Do you disagree with this set of priorities?

The Trump rally comment was a joke. The people who attend these rallies are some of dumbest people in this country and I don’t actually think you are one of these folks.

The formula shortage was unique (I’m too lazy to look it up but you’re welcome to.) and there’s plenty of acetaminophen available.

Here’s what I think of your “America First” bullshit:“America First:” The Ku Klux Klan Influence on Immigration Policy in the 1920s

This is completely irrelevant to my point, which was that Americans, especially babies, should be taken care of before we send billions to Ukraine. Do you disagree?

This right here … all day long. Imagine someone being such a dipshit that they boast about being a white supremacist?
Hahahahahaha. I'm a white supremacist because I think American babies (of all races) should have formula and Tylenol before we send billions to Ukraine, a country full of white people. Amazing.

All this aside from the fact that the KKK was founded by Democrats. You really knocked it outta the park here.

FBI - FEDERAL BUREAU OF INSTIGATION

Is a heavily leftwing law enforcement agency? Oh my. Next thing you know Planned Parenthood is going to be far right.

FIFY

FBI is pro-big government and power over both sides of the aisle. Establishment Republicans like it just as much as Dems. Trump was a cancer to the establishment (note I did not say big government) which is why every agency from FBI to CDC went full coup mode and continue to be protected.

I would love to see what would happen with no FBI - would anyone even notice? Send them all home.

this is what makes you a white supremacist, and also what largely makes you a dipshit.
I guess being a little more civil wasn't one of you New Years resolutions. Calling someone on here a white supremacist is pretty bad considering there's never been any real indication from his posts that Leppy shares those ideals or thoughts.

So like, defunding the army and taking care of working class folks? What sort of social programs would you like to implement to take care of the less fortunate and how much are you cutting from the military budget?

Quite the progressive shift. Welcome to the resistance.

Simply astounding. I want babies of all races in the US to have adequate formula and medicine before we send billions to a European nation full of whites. The fact that you can't wrap your head around this makes you a...well, nevermind. I'm not you. I don't need to call people names to prove my point.

Nice try, but no deal. My stance was solely focused on formula and tylenol for babies, and you took that and expanded it to everyone you deem as less fortunate.

Really didn't think I'd have to defend this radical opinion multiple times, but if I had to start cutting budgets it would begin with the Dept of Ed, Dept of Energy, and Dept of Homeland Security in that order.

McCarthy is getting ahead of himself. lol

Looks like McCarthy may end up with egg on his face. Three votes and didn't get it. In the third vote he actually lost votes.

I deem people in the working class who are struggling to be less fortunate. Formula and tylenol are nice, but if mom and dad are struggling everywhere else it would be nice to help them too. If you're going to cut war spending (actually good) and spend it on items like baby formula to help the less fortunate (actually good too), why does that stop? I mean the military budget is $1.6T and SNAP cost $182.5B, lower the military spending to $1.4T and put an extra $200B into SNAP to expand nutrition funding for the poorest. That would still be $200B higher than what the budget was for 2020.

Are you suggesting we reduce funding to Ukraine and support internal affairs instead?

I don't think any of us here can give an accurate number of what the true Ukraine expenditures should be. I think the military budget should absolutely be reduced to support internal affairs. I have absolutely no clue how to triage the DOD spending but I am sure that an 11% reduction ($200B) could likely be achieved. Where that money comes from is up to those with experience in military spending.

I don't think many here can analyze the returns on each dollar spent on the Ukraine war. Looking at this (no idea how accurate it is) How Much Aid Has the U.S. Sent Ukraine? Here Are Six Charts. looks like the US has sent $50B in aid. So in a budget of $1.6T, that makes up 3% of the total budget. I think in the other 97% you can find room to cut to support the Ukraine stuff and also to cut some spending to reallocate to internal affairs.

Do you support reducing the military budget to support internal affairs?

Good answer. Kudos.

I support cutting the military budget, yes. But rather than reallocating to another government entity, like any fellow libertarian, I believe it should be returned to the people via lower taxes. I would prefer we cut our government budget by 50% in general. And defense would be the first place to pull funds from.

Entitlements are approximately half the budget. Any significant reduction to our overall budget has to include significant cuts to social security and medicare. I don't think that's even remotely possible.

You'll find this bizarre but I agree with lower personal taxes. The only rates that should be increased should be corporate rates, it's easier for an individual to relocate based on individual tax regulations but for businesses it's much tougher and obviously brick and mortar costs.

Strengthen residency guidelines and modernize tax treaties with other countries would be my first aim if I wanted an IRS overhaul.

For small business perspective this incentivizes people to distribute the income out the business as salary to lower their corporate taxes, keeping the economy humming with workable capital. Also if a company doesn't want to move money out of the business to it's owners it can re-invest profits into the business to lower it's taxable income too increasing innovation. All the while keeping money inside of the US rather than these ridiculous Ireland or Bahama corps.
