Just click the little icon with the mountains and the sun, and then enter the URL of the picture.

There's a little yellow icon with some mountains and a sun in it just above the box that the typing goes in, click that. Then paste the URL of your image in the script box that appears in the new window. After that just click ok and it should be where your cursor was.
