Pick this weeks "trick play"

You know Charlie is going to pull a rabbit out of a hat sometime Saturday night.
Pick which one you think will happen.

1) Reverse on a kickoff return.
2) Fake punt
3) Fake field goal
4) 3rd down Quinn "pooch kick"
5) Halfback (Walker) pass to a receiver
6) Halfback (Walker) pass to Quinn
7) Mendoza in at fullback wearing McConnell's uniform
8) Other? Explain......

I'm taking #5 sometime late in the 3rd quarter.

8) Reverse to West on the goaline like in the Purdue game. Or a direct snap to Walker on the goaline like the 2 pt. play vs. Stanford last year.

I'm not letting go of the fake punt SC pulled in 2004 up 24 pts. with 5 minutes left. So I'd really like to see the Irish do the same just to be dicks.

I have fond memories of Quinn being the leading punter in college football. Those were good days : D

9.) Zbikowski lines up under center, takes the snap, takes the football in his teeth and bites a huge chunk out of it, growls menacingly at USC's defensive line, and then calmly walks into the endzone untouched.

(Pretty much stole that from someone somewhere, but I can't remember where. Would still be fun to see though.)

Munir Prince on an end around after he plays wide receiver for a few varied series on different possessions. Have USC believe he is just a fast "decoy" for McKnight and Samardzjia to get open.

I can see a 4 wide with munir in the back field, and him motion out for a little bubble screen action, or possiblly the stop the clock play from varsity blues and brady knocking good ol' pete out. gotta stop the clock to make sure we can score 70...

I'd go with the old Longest Yard play where they let the blitzing Linebacker through and Brady drills him in the twig and berries.

LMAO!! That is just sick man. I would like to see the Shark finally complete that pass. Rhema was wide open the last time they tried it. I'm pretty sure we'll see a trick play or two Saturday.

Well, after watching the ND-USC game again last night, I thought I'd post the winner.
No one !
Although I did come close picking #5 (halfback pass), but it was Grimes of all people.
And who woulda known it........a SOUTHPAW !
Not only did that play have NO chance, I think it was a horribly timed call by Charlie.
Didn't surprise anybody and you know USC knew something was up when #11 lined up in the backfield.
Kudos to David, though, for making something out of nothing. A 2 yard gain.
