My plans fell through for Saturday as I was supposed to be having 5 of my friends over for the game. 2 couldnt make it so i pushed it to next weekend.

Anyone from Philly know of any good spots downtown to watch ND games? I heard Alumni host events to watch games at Mac's Tavern but I am not Alumni.

Mostly looking for a spot with primarily ND fans where the volume will be turned up.

I moved a further away from the AOH club I belong to and it is too risky of a post-game drive home. That club based its days around ND games- block pools for each game, food and beer during the game for $110 bucks for the season--anyway- i digress.....

Any info from Philadelphia area natives would would be appreciated....

You don't have to be an Alumnus. Anyone with an interest in ND is welcomed at ND Clubs around the world. You can find a local contact person in your area through this link,

I've used this link to find GameWatches across the country, (Boston, Spokane, Sand Diego, etc) when business trips have required me to be out of town on a game day. I was always welcomed which is particularly nice when you in enemy territory.

If the local club has their own website you may find GameWatch info there.

What BGIF said...alumni club game watches are usually open to the public. Ours out here in Gettysburg are.

I would think a lot of the Irish pubs would have the game on...McFaddens (Citizens Bank and their other location which I can't remember), Finnegan's Wake on Spring Garden, etc.

Why not try an AOH club in the city? Flash your card and you should be welcomed in as a brother.
