Pep Rally Access

I know that since the Irish have become relevent again, demand for tickets has sky rocketed. I also know that they have changed the policies for entrance into the pep rally the night before a game. Does anyone know the best way to go about getting tickets for the pep rally?

If I remember correctly, they hand them out at the Joyce around 4.

I think the pep rally starts at 7:30.

not 100% sure, but I'd heard that they were gonna try to move more to the stadium (weather permitting). for example Penn St. and UM, but probably not Army and smaller games.
