Half the time the problem is with the media if we are 11-0 or 2-11 or 6-6 they always make us the head of college football news. Yes we are not the football team of old. But if we are really that average why is it all still about us. What i am trying to get to is not matter what we will always be a high priority for the media.

if we keep putting up sub par seasons we will lose our fan base then lose the media coverage then nbc will not sign us then we fall off the map
