Been seeing that reported as well. Also, folks from “innocence projects” publishing deep dives in why they think he’s innocent. Haven’t bothered to read them but u can imagine the comments their posts are getting. Don’t shoot the messenger…just saying ive seen it

That crap has been going on since basically Day 1.

I love among them and a not insignificant % of them have never accepted it.

Yeah, that "Truth Matters" X profile has been pushing the idea that Sandusky was innocent all along because one of the nine accusers may have been coached up by the prosecution to embellish his story or something. There were 35 counts of abuse, the dude is guilty.

Very true, and again, kind of a global issue that we're facing. Brazen, craven, stupidity right out in the open.

In what world is this a good idea? They figure enough time has passed and everyone is just going to forget and move on. In a lot of cases, they're probably correct, but this is in extremely bad taste on their part. They're either oblivious to it or they just don't care. I'm not sure which is worse.

Just because the people whose watch it happened on are now gone, show some class and remorse. There is no need to further honor Paterno or that period of their athletic history because it is tied directly to something abhorrent.
