OT: Question

Hey do u all think it would be better for the board if i left - dont intend to be flaming or to be rude but u it seems that my posts r not being taken well - would u think that this board would be better without me here - if so do u know of another board to go to that is free and has the same layout as this one? You choose your own path partner, but you have to ask yourself are you really an irish fan? When you first started posting here it seemed like you didnt know alot about Notre Dame football, ad indicated also by who you had listed as your favorite coach and players, who were Holtz and Brady Quinn. These are well known by people not familiar with the Irish as devoted fans, but you changed you favorite players and coaches now, undoubtedly from seeing all these other guys here who have them on their profiles. Im not bashing you or anything, but also dont be wishy-washy on topics, that tends to tick people off. If you want to know more about the Irish just ask. Queens and Lyght and Svoboda are great for asking questions and getting good answers, as I have found out. I mean do you really know who the 4 horsemen are? Do you know what formation they ran out of? Do you know where they got the horses for that famous picture? I may be obsessed a little, but in my opinion an irish fan should know this stuff.

you shouldn't leave, dude, you should just try to be a bit more selective when you are going to post. you are obviously enthusiastic about ND and irish football, as are all of us. just try to make your posts a bit more "discussion oriented." i read a ton of posts but i only reply if i feel that i can add something relevant or meaningful to a thread; if it is a topic on which i am not well-versed i'll simply read and learn.

Yes i knew about Knute Rockne - in fact i read about him 14 years ago and thats what made me a ND fan (had heard of ND before but hadnt really cared for it until i read about the Rock) Yes i know who the four horsemen Stuhldher, Crowley, Miller, and Layden. I believe if i remember right that they ran out of a T formation Not totaly sure about how it was i had a simple book a Rock and have been too busy now to read it but i believe they said it was a T formation. I believe they got the horses from the guy who took the pic or who wrote the article....

PS. Not meaning to bash u either but did u forget about the Gipper or Rocks O Line System for the Perfect Play? j/k
