I wish I had a nice record player and space to have one. I love records but right now I have no reason to own one. Everytime I'm in a record store and I see an album I love on vinyl I feel sad that I have no reason to buy it. I would love to own In The Aeroplane Over The Sea or The Velvet Underground & Nico or Enter the Wu-Tang on vinyl.

Wu-Tang Clan Enter the 36 Chambers has a really great sound on vinyl. Vinyl works well with Rza's gritty production.

My wife had a ton of vinyl when we got married. Lots of 45's, LP's, picture discs. I have started to aquire more myself lately. I bought a turntable with a USB port that can plug directly in to my computer so I can make MP3's from vinyl. Awesome to have tracks on my iPod that have clicks and pops and just sound so much better than digital media, in my opinion. Much richer sound.

Last thing I just converted to MP3 - David Bowie doing a dramatic reading Peter and the Wolf. I have to look at the sleeve, but it looks like it is from the mid-70's. It looks so obscure, but it has to be cool.
