I'm curious to how everyone felt about the Rees INT that bounced off TJ Jones. It seems like much of the blame is going to TJ on that play and it should (assuming the play was designed for TJ). But in my opinion, even if TJ turns his head at best he catches it and is stopped short of the goalline easily. Now, I guess i'd prefer that to Dayne's INT in the endzone that cost us at least 3 points, but still i feel it's not quite fair that Dayne's being ripped for his INT and Tommy isn't. Plus, I thought the play before Ruffer missed the field goal, a good QB would have gotten the ball out faster and it would have been a TD.

I'll support ND either way and I think I'm leaning toward Tommy over Dayne, but to be honest they both have many weaknesses. It's really only a QB "competition" because neither have proved to be overly impressive so far and in camp IMO.

that cleary was tj's fault. the throw may have been a little high, but it was catchable. tj never turned to look back at his qb. mistake. and their was a mismatch, tj would've gained pretty good yardage there and possibly scored. if not, we, at the very least, walk away with 3 points there.

I believe 100% TJ would have gotten in the endzone. He had the angle on his defender and, if he had caught it, would have been 1-on-1 with him. The throw was a little behind, but not enough to blame Rees for the INT.

no denial here. im pretty neutral on the whole situation. i'll trust kellys decision over anybody here since i'm pretty sure hes a little more informed.

if rees gets the nod, great, but im not touting him the next greatest thing just yet. and i'm not going to write a kid off completely after a half of football either.

Crist has played more than just one half of football
