For those of you that haven't decided to become a supporting member yet, I was wondering if you could provide some insights on why you haven't? As you know, I'm always trying to find ways to improve the site but we're stuck at a cross road where we need to procure a dedicated server to continue growing, offer new features, etc.
Any input, insights, and feedback you provide would be awesome!
A. Everything that I have tried to do, even before I won the GT pick 'em I was able, I was able to do. Like when I'm on rivals/scout I can't get access to certain articles, etc. On this site, my areas of interest are the football and recruiting boards, that's pretty much the only thing i'm interested in.
B. I need the process explained to me of how I go about being a supporting member, benefits, cost, etc. For example I am a Varsity Member, but what did that get me? I think in general that when someone signs up an e-mail explaing the process would be helpful. I don't think I got one of those?
In summary, just a better understanding/communication of how the site works and what is available. You may have already done that and I blew it off, if that's the case, then reminder e-mails may be appropriate.
