This one has to seal the deal that everyones getting fired right??

Who in the hell can fix this train wreck? Horrible drafts and bad free agent moves coaches don't fix that, that is front office problems imo.

He currently resides in Ann Arbor

He'd a be a home run hire. Not sure if the stories about him losing the locker room in San Fran were true or not, but he would not do that with Luck already there as a leader. Not sure if Irsay/Harbaugh would work or not though...

They could work. Irsay doesn't mingle much with football decisions like drafting. He typically just approves the final offer to a player.

Grigson is the problem IMO.

Definitely have front office problems, i just think grigson and the coaching staff share blame. The organization seems dysfunctional right now

I'm ok giving him the keys to the franchise but I don't see it happening.
The thing is, I don't know if you'd have to. His biggest problem in SD was his relationship to management. Not that he wasn't in full control. I think if the management in place works well with him he'd be fine.
