I don't think it's his decision honestly. The Ravens have moved on from on from Flacco and if ur QB and Coach aren't guaranteed to be there next year ownership is going to leave their young new QB in.

Refs/Review botching this whole goaline sequence

Chargers almost got totally hosed. Not only did they blow the TD call, but they spotted the ball at the 1 instead of on the goal line... and then a would be TD on the next play ends up as 4th and inches. Gordon scores on 4th down so it ends up being a non-issue but that was almost a game breaking call.
