Tell the kid to drink more craft beer. He’ll have a low center of gravity in no time

One thing that needs to be mentioned about Rudolph that i haven't seen discussed yet; the man knows how to bend the bill of his hat to perfection. Every picture I've seen shows a perfectly formed hat, like he's slept in it.

It's a lost art with the younger, flat bill generation. I'll be damned if i let any of my hats stay flat.

Gotta curve them hats like the ones you see on Ms. Hayek.

Not really. Driskell as an X' and O's kind of guy is REALLY GOOD, play breakdowns and recognition are spot on and insightful.
He is just an ass hole.
That is really harsh.

Honestly, I see Driskell as a tubby, Dew swillin and Built Bar munchin, free-wheeling, studly believing maniac who pretends he was a QB but was the bad locker room manager who specialty is jock strap washing and sniffing while thinking about Cover 1, Pad Level, Off Platform thoughts swirling in his head.

Give the guy a break please....Just yesterday he stated this potential hire (since its nowhere near being a done-deal according to his "sources") has ND back towards its mandate at competing for a National Championships. God bless him. LOL

This is good to hear! Kaleb Smith should help the offense a lot too next year in addition to Hartman etc. Caught nearly 700 yards and has good size at 6'2" 222 lbs.

“Coach Rudolph is my guy,” Kaleb Smith said. “I actually was talking to him the other day. He's the guy that I had the most respect (for) walking around the Virginia Tech facilities, because he was probably the nicest person you would talk to unless you're on the football field.

“When you're on the football field, he's the real deal and he commanded respect, from the offensive linemen, that I've never seen before. I mean, as an outsider looking into their room, I’m like, ‘Man, he's being pretty tough on them,’ but I mean they loved him to death. So, obviously, that speaks to the man and the coach he is.”

Eric Hansen: Rocco Spindler will be a junior this spring and will compete for a starting job. I think his odds of being successful got a boost with Joe Rudolphcoming in, just based on being a fresh set of eyes and what Rudolph is looking for at those positions. I would not have predicted Spindler as a starter under Harry Hiestand in 2023. I think it's wide open now.

Interesting Hansen take on OG battle
