New Feature: Fight Song/Blinking Bar on PM

Okay... this may be cheesy to some, so if you don't want to hear the Fight Song when you get a PM, you can disable it in the User CP.

Anyway, when you receive a PM, the top navigation bar will blink GOLD and you'll receive a popup when you are on the main index page. When you are on any other page, you should hear the Notre Dame Fight Song.

Let me know if you have any problems.

Sorry, I looked into that and it would take a bit more programming then I'm willing to give it.
