New Content: RSS News Feed Reader

If you head to the front page of IrishEnvy.com, you will now notice a News Center application, which will serve as a RSS news feed agregator for IrishEnvy. If you have any questions on how this functions, feel free to drop a question in this thread and I will respond as soon as I can.

We will be adding more feeds as we find them, so if you have a Notre Dame related feed that you would like added, please drop me a PM.

I have a couple of questions - one is this just for links to news sites ie ESPN, etc

also if so i think u should add NBC Sports and UND.com as well as ND central on NBC sports....Fox sports, and cbssportsline would be great too....maybe a search toolbar from google, etc

Google search is coming. I'm working on the code this weekend.

I've already added 6 more feeds. The only way they are compatible is if they are RSS or XML compliant.

well there are alot here http://javascript.internet.com/ also if u need help setting up a chatroom let me know - i am willing to help and know experts in that field as well as i can run bots and things like that too

We have plans on adding a chatroom, but odds are it will be a Varsity Club member feature.

ok svodoba if u need help on what server to start on what kind of chatroom to open, etc just pm or even start a new thread and i can help - in know experts on chatroom as well as i know the advantages and disadvantages of different types of chatrooms and different chat servers, etc..
