For me, the loss comes down to two defensive blunders:
1. On the first TD by OSU, Bertrand went full scale kamikaze into an offensive lineman for no reason, leaving the field side wide open. If not, he’s probably there to make the play.
2. 3rd and 19. Ramon Henderson is back pedaling to the back of the endzone for no apparent reason. If he just sits in the spot where he started, He at least bats the ball down if not picks it off to seal the game.
3. You can also add the missed pick by Brown. It sucks because he read the play beautifully and set himself up in position to make the play.

That’s total bull shit. This defense battled their asses off for the entire game. Sure there were a couple of busts - guess what? Ohio State has multiple 5 stars at skill positions. I don’t love Golden but give me a break

Literally this is the story of every ND fans life since 88. Cant beat the good teams. Can win the middle and weak teams. Always a let down. Always. Doesnt matter who the coach is. They just roll over to the big boys always. Just sickening.

Just didn't make enough plays to win. A heartbreak loss for sure, but it was against a very good team. Coulda woulda shoulda's all day long ,but they battled and lost by inches.
We can armchair coach all day long, but they fought their ass off against a solid osu team. I'm not even gonna bother reading the whiny pessimistic bullshit that's gonna be on here, it was a tough loss and emotions are high. Is what it is...
