I got the Irish in a close one 35-31....BC can't tackle Golden and ND can't tackle...close game, but the streak ends...JC throws for over 350 yards.

Once again BC comes in at the perfect time for them. These games are the hard ones and you have to beat a good team after a draining loss. I'm not in the prediction business anymore ( 10-2 with a southern cal win ) as you know my w/l predictions from earlier. I'd like to see the fans win this game Sat with unbridled emotion. Refuse to let BC have this game. In my opinion this is a loyalists game, yell your @$#%# off.

I have a feeling that this game will be amazingly good.... but only for the Irish. BC just came off of whooping ncst's butt and I believe they ran there offensive resources dry. I think our DB's are backed in a corner and they will want to prove that they are much better than they have been playing, they have a lot to prove! The rest of the defense shuts down the BC offense and the 25 year old rookie QB.

Our offense runs wild! BC can't stop this, especially Jimmy.

I don't predict scores but I predict we whoop ass!

I am going with 48-17 ND. I think the run defense is starting to turn the corner and will have results similar to the Purdue game. There is nothing, other than our pass defense, that scares me about BC throwing the ball. Very limited experience. This may be 35-7 by halftime.

I can see the team coming out a little sluggish after the USC game. They could get punched in the mouth early, and it might be the best thing for them. Kind of like when a pitcher gives up a home run on the first play of the game, and then he's unhittable thereafter.

Charlie needs to make sure there is energy and urgency early to get past last week's disappointment. I think he should go no huddle the first drive and mix in at least 3 wildcat formations in the first quarter. Hopefully the defense will hang tough and get a couple of 3 and outs.
I'm going to this game and will be cheering loudly and hopefully will have a good result. I don't think we can go 6 games in a row with a last minute outcome.

This game is basically a regular season bowl game for BC. They always play us hard as recent history shows.

I think this will be a bit reminiscent of the MSU game. We'll start strong, firing on all cylinders and maybe build a couple touchdown lead. Then as the game wears on BC will make adjustments and we'll look befuddled for one and a half quarters before we finally get a couple late scores to seal the victory.

I would love to see a blowout. Up big entering the 4th, get Crist and the other underclassmen in for some reps, but with the way the defense has looked I just don't see this happening.

When you got banned for 3 days when USC went up 34-14, did you stop watching the rest of the USC game too? Weis isnt going anywhere unless there's some drastic change with how well/hard that the team plays for him for the rest of the season.
