I was watching the game on Wednesday and they highlighted our 4 freshman. Bino Watters I think leads the team in home runs and another freshman Jayce Lee; he played locally at St. Joe high school.

Strange but true ND baseball swept Stanford in Palo Alto this weekend. We are no longer the worst team in the ACC, they are.
Still have some work to do to qualify for the Conference Tournament but nine conference games left

I've been bitching about our terrible pitching all season but its not so terrible now. Jack Radel has now won four consecutive Friday night starts all vs ACC teams. Friday night is usually the #1 starter in college ball. Radel's last four:
VaTech 7 innings 3 hits 2 runs
BC 6.1 innings 5 hits 0 runs
Stanf 6.0 innings 3 hits 2 runs
Cal 7.0 innings 4 hits 1 run
This is pretty damn good although Cal and Stanford are inexplicably bad this year.
