The Vols look to be tracking in the right direction. That RB is a beast and they are getting the depth in the trenches to compete. But I am not sold on Dobbs being good enough to lead them against the elite teams just yet. Another spring and fall cycle may help his passing game, and if so, the Vols could make a solid run.

Yeah...I agree. I think the Oct game in Knoxville will be a preview of the SECCG.

No. They led two of the four playoff teams late and lost to one due to poor clock management and ran out of gas late against the other. A little more depth, a little better coaching, and some solid development and the Vols can easily make a run in the weaker SEC East. Then it's a one game season in the SECCG... and the Vols have shown they can play at the level needed to have a shot. We shall see.
