Things to consider:

ND is a slow opening team at home. Which leads to playing down to the opponent. I mean lol it's New Mexico but the same shit was said about USF


NM is a big Catholic state so running up the score is perhaps not always in the best interest.

If it happens to be a blowout the in the first half the spread and over/under go out the window when the subs come in, yet the lines stay the same.
