Hahaha. Yeah, out of vindictiveness, the Michigan St +13 and Under crowd has hacked the system to prevent execution of payouts. They're out their bets as of the time of placement, so no other benefit to them. Or maybe the vBookies are using the float for a few days. Well, they do a great job, so it's okay.
