Or they lose in the Rose Bowl. Oklahoma or Auburn versus Boise State in the NC.

Maybe it's just me, but I never thought about ND vs Oregon and what the score would be...

I was at the EMU vs OSU game a month or so ago. Brutus stopped doing pushups somewhere in the 40's. Even one of the ROTC guys was dogging it when they had to do their final 73 pushups.

If ND played Oregon, that duck would be doing A LOT of pushups...at least 300.

By the way, I said the duck would do 300 pushups not Oregon would score 300 points.

Duck does push ups for every point they score...UO scores a td plus extra point = 7 push ups. UO scores again...duck does 14 push ups etc, etc.

Therefore, if UO scores 63 points on 9 TD's...duck does 7 + 14 + 21 + 28 + 35 + 42 + 49 + 56 + 63 push ups for a grand total of 315 push ups.

Our bad. Cause all of us knew that

Extra credit for the man (or Logical female [rare]) that effectively writes the Algebraic expression to calculate BLehane's point...

Maybe. I don't see them losing to anyone in the Pac 10, and I definitely don't see them losing to Sparty if they run the table but don't go to the NC game. I think they shred USC's defense... I don't know what USC's record is for points given up, but look for a new one when the play Oregon.

Maybe it's just me, but I never thought about ND vs Oregon and what the score would be...

Fair enough. But some people did and thought they would share those thoughts in a thread about an Oregon game in a ND forum. Seemed pretty harmless to me.

Seemed like trolling to me. Other than the fact he's a reputable and proven poster.

What if a noob posted that? Would your perspective be the same? (Rhetorical question, butthead.)

More importantly, show me your algorithm. And then I treat you.

I can't help but feel like Oregon is trying to prove this: You beat Texas, UCLA. And now we **** stomp you... What up America?

When, and IF, they run the table, I'm impressed.

Does this get partial credit?

At ABC University, the mascot does as many pushups after each ABCU score as the team has accumulated. The team always makes extra points after touchdowns, so it scores only in increments of 3 and 7. For each sequence a1, a2, …, an where each ak = 3 or 7, let P(a1, a2, …, an) denote the total number of pushups the mascot does for the scoring sequence a1, a2, …, an. For example, P(3,7,3) = 3 + (3 + 7) + (3 + 7 + 3) = 26. Call a positive integer k accessible if there is a scoring sequence a1, a2, …, an such that P(a1, a2, …, an) = k. Is there a number K such that for all t ≥ K, t is accessible? If not, prove it, and if so, find K.

Nay. Ultimately, factor in your ambiguity: The extra point. (AKA = x + <or> minus 2 for conversions and 1 for extra points)

Stanford should have beat Oregon. Their defense broke down. Anyone recall the halftime score?

Stanford should have beat Oregon? They got their mud holes stomped in. Not many teams are going to compete with them.
