Create coach and no need download roster

you don't need to download anything. the roster is in the dynasty. and it is up to you i guess on the coach thing... not sure it really matters. some have made their own and others have used an existing one.

the only thing that has been changed is the speed threshold. It is at zero so the difference between a player with 95 speed and a player with 80 speed is clear in the gameplay
