I'm looking for two more wins and expect just that.

But here goes:

O MVP: Quinn
O MIP: Stovall
D MVP: Hoyte
D MIP: Richardson

the MVP is Brady Quinn. without quinn the whole season would've gone down the toilet.

I like this list. Though I might be tempted to list the Shark as MIP. He was not a starter last season, Stovall was. But if MIP means over the course of the season, Stovall hands down.

As for D MIP, Richardson and Wooden both qualify.

Brady is the team MVP hands down.

Agree with a few Jiggs. Quinn is my o mvp
O MIP Jeff S.
D MVP Zibby (I beleive leads the team in tackles and made some huge plays in the red zone this year to prevent teams from changing momentum)
I also agree with Richardson MIP on the D

Hoyte has 70 tackles, 4 sacks, 11 tackles for loss, 0 INT and 2 forced fumbles and 3 pass break ups.

TZ has 59 tackles, 1 TFL, 1 sack, 5 INT, 1 forced fumble and 4 pass break ups.

I was going to go with TZ myself until I did the homework.

But there are two games left...

You can't really go by stats alone. As a LB, Hoyte should have more tackles, especially TFL. On the other hand, Zibby's six turnovers carry a lot of weight, as do his touchdowns on D and ST.

You have to consider Hoyte's leadership affect, as well. This is his defense.

Either one is great choice.

The only reason I checked was of all of the fresh images I have in my mind of watching TZ running behind Richardson while Richardson was chasing after a receiver. He should have MORE interceptions if only the safeties played where they're supposed to. But at 7-2, what the hell do I know?

70 tackles in 9 games comes to almost 8 a game. With two more in hand, Hoyte is doing fine.
