Some of you guys are full out Sonny from Bronx Tale. A coach comes in and suddenly it's "Now youse can't leave." It's just not at all how this profession works and I'm surprised this exercise continues year after year.

Most of these guys are not going to stay put for more money and jerkoff job titles. Especially at this level.

If Norvel hires someone without experience he is dumber than we all thought. He needs someone that has been there and done it. Someone that call lead when there is a lot of pressure.

Wondering if anyone has heard anything tangible that Mickens might be entertaining overtures for a DC job. It seems like everyone is assuming this is going to happen and anticipating it.

Very pleased with his work on and off the field. I don't anticipate him going anywhere unless a P4 school were to connect on a DC job, if that's what he's looking for and that's what he wants.

I suspect when it comes to recruiting meetings, MF probably has numerous ones that include all of the coaches.

Mickens should also do something about admissions as well. Meet with them and get them to let some of these underclassmen through. Then we can move on to getting him into the whole under armour shoe thing.

And I think Mickens should talk to someone about the cost of hotdogs at the stadium. We
