RR was a walkon himself and promotes it every year

so does everyone...thinking the point was...the day before the game...and two games into the season seems ...well...desperate

...this is forcing me to add a line or two to my skunkbear jingle...

skunkbear...he's so cross...nuther dback lost
skunkbear...he's so coy...thinks he'll find the "water boy"

...anyway, sucks for you...I'm gonna go have a beer and savor this a little...

look on the bright side, next year you'll have a new coach, and all of this will be a horrifying memory...

NOT TRUE!

They have lost depth at DB but they have more people than that chart shows. A few weeks ago we discussed UM's DB losses ( perhpas in the GameDay Thread) and I added the names of underclassmen that Phil Steele lists in his UM review. Somebody at Rivals has deleted the losses of their original two deep while not adding their replacements, like Freshman Cullen Christian. Steele lists Christian as the #17 CB nationally.

The UM Roster at their website lists 8 CBs and 16 Ss on the team including scholarship players and walkons. Deducting Emilien, who was granted a transfer request on Monday, UM has 24 DBs on the roster. They are short experienced bodies but NOT short bodies.

Rodriquez is challenging/driving off (take your pick) the Forciers/Emiliens who don't submit (or fit) to HIS vision and he's sending an Alamo message to the rest of his team with the Walkon Tryouts held the day before the ND Game. "We Few ..."

ND fans are posting like crazy that Armando Allen is feeling the pressure from Wood. Think about being a UM DB and the Coach calls for tryouts, for walkons. It's a motivational tool.

Here's the list of DBs from UM's Roster at the official UM website:

i guess the way i see it is, is that ND has like 18 DB's on their roster but it doesn't mean they are all going to play

i can guarantee all those on the roster would never have seen the playing field except now that they have a thin secondary. it just means they have people to fill spots not that they can actually compete with anyone.

Yup, they have the bodies to put out there, but let’s be honest they are most likely on scout teams and most have never seen live action.

Impressive! So where's the list of players RR will put in for the second half?

:joke:
