Didn't see a thread for this anywhere on here.....

What're Browns fans thoughts on this QB debate? I'd go with Manziel personally, but I've only seen a couple Browns games this year, so I really have no clue what I'm talking about. You know what you have with Hoyer, and its not going to get you anywhere in the playoffs, even if you guys go 3-1 to finish 10-6 and snag a wild card. I'd rather roll with Manziel, cause he'd be so tough to game plan for.

I just want to see JFF play haha.

Hoyer was never going to be a long term starter. We just wanted him to last the season so Manziel could learn. He has goods games and bad games but he hasn't thrown a TD in 3 games. Time to let Manziel learn under fire.

You know who is tough to gameplan for? Russell Wilson.

JFF, not so much. In the playoffs, he would get killed.

BTW, he has not thrown a TD either, and I do not think he would be much of an upgrade at this late stage of the year.

Nobody thought CLE would be in the playoff discussion anyway, and Hoyer has you on the verge of your first PO appearance in over a decade, so why make a change at QB now? And BTW, Buffalo has one of the best defenses in the league. Every QB goes through bad stretches, but when you are on the verge of the playoffs, unless the other QB is a MASSIVE upgrade, then you should ride with your starter, not make a change in midstream.

It might have worked for the Niners two years ago, but honestly I would prefer Smith over Kaep right now. Just be careful what you wish for.

Hoyer's last 3 games = 1 TD and 6 INT's. I think the league has caught up to him. I believe the last 5 games are 3 TD's and 8 INT's. His completion percentage is 33 of 34 QB's ranked on the season. He has hung his receivers out to dry all season with high and wide throws over the middle. I like the guy but Brown's aren't making the playoffs anyhow with all their injuries. Might as well play Manziel and see what he can do. If he blows draft another QB next year with our 2 first round picks.
