There is no question that this is a different Notre Dame team when it comes to recruiting. Kelly and his staff are working hard and it's paying off. The Irish don't have to finish with the nation's top class, but they must fill needs by trusting their evaluations. Kelly has a plan to build Notre Dame back to a power and it must stick to his plan. Right now, Notre Dame is selling a vision and prospects are buying into it.

Ya, I read this article earlier. There isn't really anything new, but it's a nice summary of what ND has done so far and what they are planning to do.

It is nice to get some love from ESPN.

But seriously, Kelly is doing a fantastic job recruiting and he might land a couple late recruits after this season if Kelly gets some big wins.

The recruiting job Kelly and Co have done so far is fantastic. (now we Aaron Lynch)

wins in season 1 are always critical. if he could shock everyone with a 10 win season then we'll land a couple of elite recruits that have held out. fingers are crossed. that's all i can contribute at this point

could agree more with this article, i was on a chat with Pat Ford on ESPN.com i asked when ND would be in the NC discussion, he said as soon as the line on both sides improves which is about 2 or 3 years from now.

that seems so odd. Espn hates ND.... always has.

on another note, found an article while looking at the athlon top 100 thread, from its site. Its another great read for those who want to take a glance.... every time i read kellys quotes i get more and more excited for this season and seasons to come.
