I saw him shopping at the grocery store today. Wearing an ND jacket. I wanted to cut block him.

I don't hate the guy nor do I want to "cut block" him. He just didn't fit Weis' system and so the O-Line underperformed. He is a very successful coach and I wish him the best at wherever he heads next.

I still tend to believe that it was Weis' micromanaging of everything that prevented Latina from being successful. After a long and successful coaching career with some great offensive lines and individual players under his tutelage, there is just no way he forgot how to coach. The best to him.

Our OL averages over 300 lbs and Hughs is a load. We should be able to gain 2-3 yards a play right up the middle with 8 guys in the box against half our schedule at least. The OL has underachieved ever sense Latina got here. I would not cut block the man but I am VERY glad he is gone!

Why do I just have the image in my head of the guy from "Office Space" - Latina just keeps showing up around the football offices and by some "glitch" he keeps getting a paycheck. John C. McGinley needs to come in to "fix the glitch".

Coach Weis: "Ummm, yeah John, while you're down here in the basement, I'm going to need you to get a flashlight and some bug spray and see if you can do something about this cockroach problem. Mmm-kay? Thanks."

John Latina: "Have you seen my stapler?"
