I believe that Hughes/Aldridge will bust through on some tough rush yards. It'd be nice to see #34JA get at least SOME pt this week. Kumara will make up for wk 2 with 3-4 rec and a td. Golden tate will improve upon his game from wk 2 as well. Don't see why Grimes won't have another 5-6 carries/receptions for 40+ yards.

I'm going to stay positive here regarding #7JC. I'm hoping...and praying that he settles down a bit. I agree that our passing game has not allowed our guys much time after getting their hands on the ball...period. It'd be nice to see us expand our patterns just a tad. Not much you can do with GO all day long.

Keeping my fingers crossed. Would much rather be in our situation for wk 3 than what OSU is up against. As I have said before, while ethically I CANNOT cheer for the Buckeyes...I will certainly entertain myself as a sympathetic supporter for their cause against USC this weekend.

i think this might be the first time i really ever want usc to win, knock some of those osu fans off their high horse.

I would have thought being down to the Bobcats would have done just that. :) Like I said, it's really a win-win for me either way. Unfortunately there must be a winner and a loser...two losers in the game just aren't possible (unless you're the Patriots)

I am going to root for ND this weekend. scUM's had too many consecutive winning seasons to their name (since 1967) and I want that to end. This is the best year for that to happen. If it doesn't happen this year, I don't know when it'll happen. Unfortunately. So... go Domers!!!

I'm going ND: 24 UM: 17

I'm just stoked because I am going to the game, and because all of my uncles, etc. are Michigan fans and I love to see 'em cry! We are friends with a ND coach and we have 50ish yard line seats, pretty close to the field.

An Irish win over Michigan...now THAT (Coach Weis) is something to get the fires burning and have some momentum for the rest of the season...NOT, as much as it pains me to say it, a miscall near the endzone.

Michigan on defense will be in trouble if Clausen gets time to throw. Donovan Warren is awesome but the other 3 DB's aren't very good. If Morgan Trent ends up guarding Golden Tate, that Clausen/Tate connection is going to be in full effect. In fact whoever Trent covers will have a big day if Clausen gets time to throw. I think we should spread it out and do a little dink and dunk action early. When Michigan creeps up, Tate for 6.

I love having our own network and all, but wouldn't it be great to see a true night game at Notre Dame Stadium on ABC or CBS? Don't necessarily have specific commentators in mind, but the presentation of football games on those networks has always seemed superior to me over National Barack Channel.

How would a true night game affect all the pregame festivities? Imagine all the people that would start tailgating at their usual time in the wee hours of the a.m. having to wait until a 7:30 kickoff!

A night game would be great for TV, but I think it might be a challenge around the campus.

Because no other school has night games? What time is the USC-OSU game Saturday? Yes, there would probably be a lull in the day for groups like the band and cheerleaders, but tailgating would be strong all day, and how about a candlelight march to the stadium with the band?

I know lots of other schools have night games, but I just know how tossed I have gotten between 7am and noon, I can' t imagine what that would be like with another 7 hours tacked on to it. I was trying to be sarcastic...
