As BearGB noted (Thank you Bear!) check the other threads. We have profiles for each Recruit and there are generalized recruiting threads. You can get to those threads by clicking on "Forums" in the Blue Banner above.
The Front Page lists the most active threads (about 2 dozen).
You can check for updates by clicking on "New Posts" on the right side of the Blue Banner above.
