Fresh off the press.

Man I love Bob Diaco so much!

And Paul Long for that matter!

Diaco is bound to be a head coach one day, the man is incredible

I'm not so sure about that. Being a head coach is as much about being a head coach as it is being a public speaker/politician. I'm not sure that Diaco would be a good fit for that role. If you listen to his interviews and what his players say about him, he's kind of an odd ball. He uses far-out analogies and references that would make some people wonder what he's even talking about. I'm not saying he won't be a college coach, but he's a bit against the grain as far as 'head coach role' goes.

I very much enjoyed hearing a thorough break down of Longo's training program and actually get to see what this so called "hill" looks like. Hopefully a full year will prevent those hamstring/leg injuries that we had last year.

I agree. I've been waiting to hear more about Coach Longo and his program since the day BK was hired. The man's credentials are unbelievable. He clearly knows what he's doing. The evidence is there that this team "peaks in November" after seeing what they accomplished last year. Some of these kids have a full year and a half under their belt w/ this staff. It's going to show this fall.
