[Ultimate Penn St. Hater]

I'm not a very technologically advanced guy, so I'm hoping one of you can help me out. On a lot of sites, certain words are underlined and when I hover over it, an ad pops up. How can I disable that? It's as annoying as all hell. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Go Irish!
