I agree with most of you all that the off week could not have been scheduled at a better time, with that said here are some improvements that I would like to see.

1). Get health- KLM, DD, Tausch and the others with little bumps and bruises take the time to get 100%.

2). ST's-Turk needs to be more consistent, during the Mich game I was having flashback to 2010, FG unit so far so good, Brindza has stepped in nicely for Tausch.

3). Offense-man where to begin.

a). O-line-needs to work on getting to the second level and getting a helmet on the linebackers.

b). WR’s- blocking has been so so, need to work on blocking on angles and holding their blocks

c). TE’s- Koyack better spend the next 9 days doing some blocking drills, with a little more blocking drills and more block drills x10.

d). RB- CW to get his legs back and run HARD like we know he can, I give him a little break due to his two game furlough, GAIII and Riddick keep up what they have been doing so far.

e). QB- Golson improve in understanding the offense and start to gain confidence in the system and take hold of the starting job.

4). Defense- Great job overall!!

a). CB-keep up the fantastic job, really proud of those you guys, doing a lot better than I expected but some tough test are ahead so they better be ready.

b). D-line, S’s, and LB’s just keep doing what you’re doing.

I would like to see someone glue the playbook to Golson's hands and force him to watch film for two weeks.

I would like the passing plays simplified for Golson. We're running plays that are designed to beat any defense, but end up often requiring a complicated read and a great throw. (The very first play of the Mich game is a great example).

In my view, until Golson shows otherwise, every passing play should have at least one slant, drag, or RB checkdown.

Offense: film, film, film, Golson throwing deep balls to Daniels, Brown, Goodman and Eifert for 12 hours, film, film.

Defense: The young CBs play very well and have all the physical tools they could need.... keep them watching film, film, film, film and more film. If they avoid mental breakdowns and blown coverages, this defense has the ability to hold ANYONE to ten points or less (of course it could be more if the offense or special teams puts them in sudden change situations or short fields to defend)
