Almost fool-proof (unless she's lactose intolerant)

Godiva Chocolate Martini recipe

1 1/2 shots Godiva® chocolate liqueur
1 1/2 shots creme de cacao
1/2 shot vodka
2 1/2 shots half-and-half

Combine all ingredients in a martini shaker over ice. Shake.

Drizzle the inside of each chilled martini glass with chocolate syrup.

Please feel free to post any of your tips.

It's really slow around here today.

I'm gonna see how my wife likes that. I might add a little bit more vodka though... I can't take any chances, mind.

LOL I use an extra shot of vodka everytime ; )

I had a housemate some thirty years ago that made a special milkshake. I no longer remember his exact recipe, but since he'd been a professional mixologist for a number of years he knew his stuff.

It involved the usual ingredients: vanilla ice cream (I preferred Bryers French Vanilla, with specks of vanilla bean in it), chocolate syrup and whole milk. It included chocolate and coffee liqueurs (no brand name endorsements).

I tinkered with the basic over time by adding unsweetened cocoa powder to add a bit of texture and some dark rum to sweeten the cocoa and add a little oomph.

He called it an Orgasm.

The chocolate syrup came in handy later ...

Orgasms are good! I had a housemate that added these funny mushrooms to a rockyroad milkshake but that story is for another day and another thread.
