I am sure this is too late. If of you are going to the gameday set and or the game, please post what it was like. I am sitting here at work otherwise I would be there. I am hopping the fans will show up and the irish to win big.

WE ARE ND!!!!!!!!

I'm a student and was there. We were going nuts and having a lot of fun. Then they showed that segment on that female coach who died and it kind of sucked a lot of the energy out. At any rate, Digger was great, Coach Knight was great, Rece was cool and Hubert Davis was an ass.

How did it look on tv?

I wasn't able to watch it but I am sure it was great. Glad our fans showed up. Right now I am a bit disappointed on how the game has ended. It seemed like we had a chance for a bit.

Ayers was 1-10. McAlarney was 3-15. Pathetic and not good enough against the #3 team. Harangody was the man, as usual.

You are damn right he was the man. At one point he had more points than the team combined. Well done Harangody.

I was at the game, and went to gameday, what an incredible day. You could feel the electricity in the building.

There is absolutely no sense over-analyzing a game like this. Ayers and KMAC combined 4-25. Bottom line is we wont win another game on our schedule with that type of performance, let alone beat a team like UCONN.

We need to win tomorrow, big time! Look we are not going to win at Pitt, but if we can come out of there 4-5 as opposed to 3-6, then we are still in decent shape. .500 in the big east is a near lock to make the NCAA's, and this team is capable of turning it around, but it has to start tomorrow before it gets too late.

Marquette is damn good, so I have my doubts. But we certainly are capable of winning.

X FACTOR: Ty Nash. I know it was garbage time, but 8 points in 2 minutes??? Give me that over what Hillesland gives us any day of the week. Plus I think Nash is more physical than Hillesland and that will help in this league. Im praying that he gets in tomorrow.

Agree.... Hillesland looked so lost in the game against UCONN.. There's been some talk about Brey "switching up" his line up..... Hopefully...Nash gets the nod..

My guess is Zeller is going to move into the starting lineup, but hopefully it also means more minutes for Nash
