Golson in the future?

If you follow recruiting at all....that was his original commitment prior to flipping to LSU then to ND....He is from southern Indiana....Columbus to be exact...and his brother plays there now...soooo, call me crazy....its logical....

His brother transferred, I think it's fair to say Coach Wilson burned that bridge.

Everett Golson = Russell Wilson

No reason Golson couldn't play in the NFL with dat arm strength, if he develops like we all hope he can. Golson might even be more athletic than Wilson.

I'm kinda sorry I even made that comment about Kiel, but it Ian interesting discussion point. With Kelly's propensity to use multiple quarterbacks, I reckon Kiel will get his chance to play and prove himself at ND.

Also think using Hendrix as an H-back and on special teams is a fascinating idea.

Even better: jumbo package with Hendrix at QB, Nix at FB and Truitt at TB, with Day at wing on the side of an unbalanced line to the wide side of the field.
How would you like to be a 175# CB covering the wide side of the field?

Just to set the record straight with Wooly. (I may have gotten a little hot) I hope that Kiel stays. Having a bunch of capable guys at any position is what makes championship teams. I have nothing against Gunner at all. I don't know where it all got blown out of proportion. I FEEL (which is an opinion) that Golson is kelly's guy and he will continue to grow...I don't like the two QB system. The old saying goes if you don't have one QB, you don't have any. I like everett and im sure that Gunner has great things to offer but if Golson grows and continues to win games and not turn the ball over and offer some things with his running ability and the ability to extend plays...I don't think BK waivers from him...In which case If I were Gunner, I would think about going to a place where I could show my stuff for at least a couple years....That's all im saying...

Holy Jesus. Golson will be the starter the next 3 years barring injury. You peopke seriously need to get off the Keil bandwagon he's really not that great and is unproven.

I saw that guy you say isn't so great throw some of the best balls I've ever seen in my life this spring.
