I know there is a knock on the competition he plays, but I hope we take a risk on him and bring him aboard. I think he is a very dynamic kid that could do well if developed correctly.

They are waiting on Armando Allen and Caleb King first, as well.

I think we are going to have a monster close in recruiting this year, similiar to what Bowden does every year. But the difference is that we already have a great start.

Is it 9/2 yet???

Cut those numbers in Half and you have a little more reality.

I think that Golden makes pretty decent grades (3.1 GPA per rivals), but he hasn't taken the SAT or any other standardized test for that matter. However, I believe that he has a contingent offer if he does well on the SAT. Got to love ND admissions officers.

Ok, 6.5 carries for 102.5 yards and 2 touchdowns......

Golden Tate is a very talented kid and shows a lot of speed, strength and vision in these videos. He may play "lesser talent", but that is no reason to knock his skills. He would be a HUGE get for ND, and I really hope to see him in an ND uniform next year.
