Thought I'd pop this forum's cherry by letting everyone know my father is a lifelong Packer fan, I even cheered for them a bit when my Browns moved....

so let's have it Packer fans...

Not my favorite, but a hard team to dislike. They had some rough decades w/ the '70s & 80s. Remember Lynn Dickey? I think he even went to KU, ACamp. I also liked Majakewski (I know I butchered his name)...he got the Pack further in the post-season than anyone I can remember since the Lombardi days & pre-Favre. He was a good QB from Duke I think...but he got nuked & had to hang it up. Then came a boy from Southern Mississippi by way of trade from those hapless Hotlanta Falcons.

THe Magic Man was a good one... if pure memory serves he simply got them to the playoffs... never won a game... and his injury is what gave Farve his chance... a little bit of Wally Pip in that story...
