Every time I see a clip from the '05/'06 seasons, I'm just amazed by Samardzija's athleticism. He would've been phenomenal in the NFL. I'm glad he chose a sport that he really loves.

Thanks Jeff, Brady, Darius, Zibby, and all the rest for some truly wonderful memories. You guys were the best. You've all left an indelible mark in Notre Dame history.

Thanks. That is the second time this year I have felt happy watching ND football.

and I can't believe the only other time was the UCLA game, even if it was courtesy of a walk on, freshman QB. That game has some joy to it. The other wins I was stressed out the whole time waiting for it to fall apart.
