A senior from St. Paul, Minn., Floyd recorded a career-high 12 catches for 154 yards and two touchdowns, as Notre Dame rallied but fell short at home to South Florida by a score of 23-20. Floyd ended the game with 183 career receptions, four ahead of previous school record holder Jeff Samardzija. Floyd also extended his Notre Dame touchdown receptions record to 30, and his 14th 100-yard receiving game leaves him only one behind the Fighting Irish record of 15 century games, held by Golden Tate.

He will probably tie Golden Tate's 100-yard game total record, and pass him on the yardage total this Saturday.

Will he get to 40 touchdowns? 45? If the other receivers continue their mediocrity, he may have all of the receiving touchdowns.

bottom line is floyd is a gamer, personal problems aside he makes the team better when he's out there and the QB's play with more confidence with him on the field. definite first round talent and hopefully he is rewarded with that and stays out of any more trouble.
