Just wondering who is your NFL Team and why? among us Notre Dame fans.

Im a diehard Steelers Fan, it was a little tough to see us bring in Weis (I dislike the Pats) but if it means big things for ND im all 4 it.

Vikings, because when I was a kid they called their D-line the Purple People eaters. I thought that was pretty cool and I've been hooked ever since. Also, I could throw a tighter spiral than Kapp and sorta felt sorry for him.

If I had to chose one it would be the San Diego Chargers, i grew up there and moved away my junior year of HS. Joined the Army and Ive been stuck in J'ville ever since.
The sad thing is that I couldnt name anybody but, Friese.

I have been really turned off by the NFL the past couple of years. Drugs, rape, murder lost ALOT of respect for professional athletes.

As far as sports I only stick to ND football and amateur wrestling. Other than that I love my Camaros and can not wait until the bring them back in 2007. :countdown

Don't really have one, but I would probably say the Packers. As a Minnesota native, I would want to say the Vikings, but I refuse to be a fan of indoor football. On the other hand, cold weather games are the best.

Chicago Bears. As an ND fan, I've been praying for Brett Favre to be hit by lightning, but no answer from above as of yet.

49ers...but before you all laugh...i grew up in Sacramento, and was raised in a house of die hard 49er fans, so it just stuck all the way through these years...even in these bad ones, i will always be a 9er fan

i used to be a cowboys fan, but dropped them after they hired switzer a long time ago. they have been in the dredges ever since. i like watching the packers play and the steelers, but i mainly just watch college football because its more exciting.

Yeah I'm like most of you guys....Enjoy College football more but still love the NFL.

Voidoid/BMF175- What is your guys take on the whole Brees/Rivers situation in San Diego?

Queens- I live really close to Buffalo when I was a kid my Dad's business partner's wife was a Jill so i got into the changeroom. It was officially the day I became a Man.

Cfbf- Do u think the Vikes should take a WR to replace Moss with the 7th overall pick in this years draft?

RipRap- what quarterback would u like to see replace Favre?

Jigga- what r ur thoughts on Grossman and what should the Bears do with the 4th overall pick?

Nayers- Who did u like more Young or Montana? could be a dumb question considering we are ND fans but whatever lol

i almost cried tears of joy when i heard we might trade rivers to san fran for the top pick in the draft. that rumor has since faded. a.j. smith has put a great team on the field, they're young, they're exciting to watch, and brees proved that he can handle the burden, which makes him WAY more valuable than a QB without any snaps.

plus, rivers was a hold-out during camp, which i hate to see, so he's never going to be in my good graces.

Well, when they won the Superbowl it was because they had so many passing options: Dorsey Levins, Antonio Freeman, and (I believe) Bubba Franks. All three of them were great and in totally different routes. Favre is a great qb, but that team was the best.

I think it is kind of hard to dislike Favre. He has had his personal problems with painkillers and other odd things, but to play in all of those games with all those injuries is impressive. And his quotes are always the best, stuff like "you practice all week for your salary and play the game on the weekend for free." Do you think there is anybody like him out there right now? I really don't.

I think Chumura was still the main TE when they won the Superbowl. Don't think Franks was on the team yet.

Luck, my thoughts on Grossman are that I am concerned with his durability. He has been hurt twice now and being that the O-Line in Chicago is what it is, not a good sign. But Rex is clearly better than all the other options they've had in the last 13 years.

As for the draft pick, I'd love to see Brown from Auburn or Mike Williams from USC. I hope they do not take Braylon Edwards. Big mistake. I'd also like to see Alex Barron from Florida State. If Derrick Johnson from Texas is available, go nuts.

Trading down to Dallas for two first rounders wouldn't be bad either.

I'm more impressed with Favre's 206 consective game streak (225 including playoffs) then I am with Ripken's 2,632 consective game streak.

I have never been a fan of Mike Vick. I have never liked him and never will. He is tremendously talented, but I just dont like him. His brother is an idiot. It looks real good for the Falcons that your field general has herpes. But then again, the NFL is so dirty I dont think anyone will care.

I think a running back would be a very wise pick since they phased A-Train. That being said, I think Benson, Brown or the Cadillac would be a wise pick. I'd love to see them get Williams.

The one Longhorn I'd like to hook is Derrick Johnson. But Cleveland is going to grab him first.

Well, according to all those Valtrex commercials, you can roller skate & hang glide while having herpes. So I'm sure Vick will be just fine.

I hope to see benson do well in the nfl. he is great, and i would like to see the bears get him. i still feel bad for the bears that rashaan salaam didnt work out a while back. i had hoped he would be pretty good. derrick johnson is an awesome football player. he has this patented move when he tackles players and swats the ball from their arms, its freakin awesome.
