Fantasy Football Custom Draft Help

Hey guys, quick question for you: I'm the commish of a fantasy league and we have half of our league drafting from different spots nationwide. I need an online draft service that can let me edit draft picks, as well as change the amount of time per pick in general, not during the draft. It doesn't have to be free and I am willing to pay. the Only caveat is the picks have to be able to be exported to ESPN where our league is. Any suggestions?

Sorry I'm looking for the Fantasy thread that everyone uses but I haven't seen it. Anyway, need some advice for my flex spot today. Should I start Harvin or Bradshaw? Any thoughts would be appreciated!
