Other sites have also said he has committed
Yeah, I've read all of them as well, but just concerns me that ESPN would only have Turk down since it was said they did it at the same time.

Well the sites I got it from have him quoted as saying he sighned there along with quotes from his parents.ESPN may be a little behind when it comes to good news. Some of the recruits just pick diiferant times to do it so it is just their time.I heard a rumor someone will pick us at the all-star game just for the dramatics :reporter:

i know some of you have seen who my favorite players were in my profile here and wonder who matt sarb was, but his story and his hit against nebraska made me love this kid. this story i got from the observer defines one of the reasons i love notre dame football. i will root for this team until i am cold and stiff 6 feet in the ground. i will try to find the hit he had against nebraska, and if anyoone remembers i said in another thread it was the hardest hit i have ever seen. i wasnt yankin' your chain, it was.

well. i am one of those "few" people who only look on those sites for the tidbits seeing that no way in hades will i ever pay for recruiting news. But if you notice ESPN is really behind on a lot of topics, if you go to the recruiting page and click football, you will see a page from last year with adrian peterson, brian brohm, etc...and ND's commit page is from last year as well. So they are always late on news

Georgia lineman commits to Notre Dame

Associated Press

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - An offensive lineman from Georgia has announced he plans to attend Notre Dame.

Paul Duncan, a 6-foot-6, 295-pound offensive lineman at East Paulding High School in Dallas, Ga., announced his decision Monday.

Duncan told the South Bend Tribune he chose the Irish over LSU, Duke, Oklahoma and UCLA, becoming the second high school senior to commit since Charlie Weis was named coach and the 10th Irish recruit overall.

"Notre Dame has been his childhood dream," said East Paulding coach Tim Glanton. "Ever since they started recruiting him, they've led."

Duncan is rated the 17th best offensive tackle nationally by recruiting analyst Tom Lemming. Much of that has to do with Duncan's combination of physical and athletic style.
