Isn’t this a conflict of interest? Second go with a BCS style system for the 12 teams and get rid of the automatic qualifiers, you take the 12 best teams in the rankings and that’s final. Fuck the G5 schools. It’s bullshit you got two sorry ass G5 teams and ND gets left out.

Correct. No more committees. Given the amount of money on the line, ND will always be screwed under that system. We didn't move in the AP and Coaches polls.

I had the realization last night that no matter what happened Saturday the committee was gonna find a reason to leave ND out. It was a hit job from the moment ESPN moved our Stanford game to 11:00 Eastern. They wanted a sluggish game to justify moving Bama ahead of us and when they didn’t get they did it anyhow. Then they did circular logic to not drop Bama even though they said it was close between the two. Had BYU won they’d have taken our spot, when they lost then head to head finally mattered. Sucks realizing that we were nothing but pawns for ESPNs ranking ratings and they were never going to put us in.
