We are now three days from taking on the #1 team in the country. I'm sure that everybody does their own pre-game ritual to get jacked for the game (whether it be watching Rudy,tapping the PLAY LIKE A CHAMPION TODAY poster that is hanging in the living room, listening to the NOTRE DAME FIGHT SONG constantly, waving the ND flag out in front of the house, etc...). My brother sent this to me and it got me so freakin psyched for this weekend. There are so many similarities from this clip that I feel apply to our showdown with the PECKER PROTECTORS. Watch and enjoy.

I am leaving for Chicago in three hours. Why did I even come to work today? I am like a little kid - woke up this morning at 4:45; woke my wife up - "we are going to Chicago today - you ready babe."

I am not normally this excitable about a trip but this is ND (and Chicago is in my top three favorite cities). I am having trouble even focusing on the posts on this site.

I saw Rudy in the theatre the night before the 1993 FSU game. I will have to watch the DVD Friday night. Don't forget to watch ESPN Classic this week. At 5 pm EDT Wed-Fri., past ND-USC games will be on.

I've been edgy all week. Dad, on the other hand, is very relaxed.

I remember him telling me ND would crush WVU in the Fiesta Bowl '89. He's a bit concerned about the defense, but other than that I haven't seen him this confident since FSU 93.

I watch rudy friday night. Saturday morning i wear my #3 ND home jersey and go to the bagel store at 10:00, then come home and watch college gameday. I usually flip around to a bunch of different games before the ND game starts. I never really concentrate though, im playing the game in my head. Then 45 minutes before the game i have an special Cd that i play on my massive stereo, and wake up the neighborhood. Everyone on my street knows im a ND fanatic. This guy just moved in across the street from me and my neighbor next door told me that he graduated from USC. So i promptly put all my flags out front and the two that i have for my truck. When i leave for work in the morning he gives me the evil eye. YEAH, WE'LL SEE ABOUT THAT BUDDY!!!!!!
