I am stunned that no one has faith that MF can pull the Heisman?? Is that b/c the team?? or a lack of faith in him???

I must have watched another Notre Dame over the last two years because in all my years watching, 1989 on, I have not seen a better talent wear a Notre Dame Jersey... Tate included easily.

I think the teams win/loss may hurt him but some have said Rudy could win it over him so obviously some here don't think it's the team... hard for me to grasp.

I'd say simply because he doesn't return kicks or punts that he's almost a lock to not win the Heisman.

Even if he put up 120 receptions, 1500 yards, and an insane 20 TD's....there's no way he'd win it. The only way I could see is if Notre Dame was undefeated. And if they were and Floyd had those stats, that probably means Crist would have great numbers too and they would lose votes to each other.

Floyd has a chance because he is the best talent in the country imo... I'll just leave it at that.

cant win the Heisman on talent alone (im not saying its right, but its an unfortunate truth)...the team needs to win as well. If ND loses 2 games, he has the smallest of hopes. If ND loses 3 games or more, he will have ZERO chance. Even if he puts up Gretzky type numbers.
